Are they out sourcing them to another country? Or plan to hire in cheaper wages? They prefer outsourcing for cheap labor.
The whole International Department in Seattle was given notice yesterday that the department was shutting down with staff being let go in waves June thru September. Basically the bank wants employees in lower wage areas. All I can say is, you get what you paid for.
So, what departments in which cities?
