I work in DPAIO as a senior engineer and i am tired of whats happening to it when Rajeev and Shawn left. It feels like I am working for consulting where every person is fake and a manager trying to sell things which don't exist.
Every time I see the number of people reporting to RAT(Ratnakar) increases. Why the fu-k are we hiring more manager when don't have enough money. I am stuck due to my visa problem. I hope i could leave this toxic company which it has become.

This VP hire is another RAT. Hired to “streamline process” which is code for how can we do more with less. Additional layoffs incoming for sure. It’s exhausting.
