Before the motto was "were not selling things at low margins were becoming more profitable" mantra, that got Micky Salvino millions in pay for a few years.

Now Row Wool is saying sell sell sell even at low margins, we need turnover to grow.

Promising a turn around in a few quarters, yeah yeah, believe it when we see it.
Meanwhile he pockets more millions in pay.

Also In the meantime he hires more past it babes and mates.

Keep skrewing the folks till they scream.

Nothing has changed, this company is dead.

The real problem is the leadership only think in terms of sales, every town hall is about sales but vast majority of employees have nothing to do with Sales, so they think they are engaging staff but all they are doing is making us switch off. Think its been 7 years since I've even spoken to a customer, and prior to that they were so fed up with DXC that the meetings started with "You're great but DXC are sh-t" I couldn't disagree with them then and nothing has changed.

A CEO and leadership team who have no idea what they are doing. DXC is not a products company! Maybe spend the same effort on offering development… what has the stock done since Rafool took over?

All they are selling is hot air. The clients pay for full time project managers, who manage one person working half a day a week if that to fullfil the need. The project managers have a manager who also bills half a day a week to each project. And a program manager on top who bills an hour a week. The clients have their own managers and managers managers to mirror our setup. All for a couple of hours real work... And people wonder why nobody wants to renew with DXC.

The new sales incentive plans were the hot topic - the new global leadership is a clearly trying to make the sales team leave. No one in the sales community wants to sign the current form sip plans - 50% before they are paid? DXC is not the company for sales and commissions. Raised quotas , lack of recognition for products ! Sell more services, with less and less people

Planning more executive bonuses and a lot of executive travel. Also planning no pay rises for the troops and another 10% revenue decline.
