We need to be audited so fidelity will feel the pain of the Covid hires in their wallet. We would fail any audit, management is so weak no one knows what’s going on and they just blame the lowest person on the totem pole.

Yea, I was always surprised that Fido never got finned more then they have. I had a number of occasions where I worked with internal audit and one of their main themes was to be very black and white - so if an issue came up that was NOT under their very perspective criteria they wouldn't want to know about it.
I had one case -- many years ago - where we fired a guy for having something that should not be on a company PC. So they tell me to pull his hard drive for legal coverage, and tell me the machine name they want - and I am like - thats not the one that has the problematic content, didnt matter - they only wanted the drive from the PC they named.
