What is with the obsession of India vs ROW? Does anybody know how it started? The environment is very competitive there, but here in NA we are used to collaborate. How do your teams deal with that? Has sbdy found a golden formula?

ROW = Rest of World
Golden Formula = A method of working with/through the culture in India so they're just co-workers, rather than... difficult to work with effectively.
