I want to start a Union and am reading up on the National Labor Relations Board. Our employer cannot retaliate against us. We would need 30% of employees to sign a petition. If we have 9,000 employees, about 2,700 employees would need to sign the petition. I am posting this to gage interest. Thank you for your input!

I do think the impact of tuck-age on time to dump for trans folks should be investigated thoroughly by the union
I just want the bathroom mints back to be honest...
I’d be in, but would be worried about the consequences as would a lot of other people most likely. At this point i’m just grateful to still have a job
30% to vote to determine the living conditions for the majority of people? wI have seen this one before…
It’s definitely most definitely the perfect political environment to start a union.
and the transformation from a science-based company to a politics-based company would be complete. probably already there given the culture. ILM promotes, hires and fires people based on their internal gang affiliation instead of competence. My only suggestion is dump your shares before you do it, because the stock will become a small cap overnight.
These stupid LARP union threads are just giving ELT more reasons to do layoffs.
I support this. But note, Google fired employees immediately after trying to start a union. But bad PR is the last thing ELT/Board wants.
good luck everyone would be fired or laid off immediately. most employees arent making a lot of money so you would be hard pressed to find people that want even more of their money taken so that a union rep can mare 100k+ to "run the union"
Here for this! But it shouldn’t be based on global number of employees right? Only US?
That’s brilliant. Nothing fosters innovation quite like a union.
If you’re totally serious about starting a union, let’s start with you sharing who you are. If you can’t do that, why should I trust you?
Guys I'm sorry to let you know that other countries than USA already have unions. Good morning sunshines!
2,700 employees in the US alone?
We're going to set up a union and let me tell you, folks, it's going to be the greatest union you've ever seen. Nobody builds unions like we do. Strong, powerful, totally unbeatable. We’re going to fight for workers, we’re going to WIN, and everyone’s going to say, “Wow, that’s the best union in history.” Believe me!
