Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

With this company going down the drain every day, does anyone remember the pre-CSC merger days of HP Enterprise Services led by Livermore?

I remember the CSC days from Aon - still there by the way - and also First Consulting group at Roosevelt Hospital in NYC circa 2006 --- no firewalls, po-n rampant, a total HIPAA violation mess.

DXC doesn't have any loyal staff left. It pi---d them all off years back. Some left, some stayed. But they aren't doing it because they are passionate about providing a world class service. Because they get the same money regardless what they do or don't do. As long as you do your time entry and mandatory AI training.

Anyone joining now volunterilly does so because they have to offer above market rates. It seriously pi---s off the team they are joining. Nobody wants to help them. The company is sc--wed while it disrespects loyal staff by saying they aren't worth a pay rise.

I remember the HP days with Lew Platt... guaranteed yearly salary increase for doing a good days work and doubt digit bonus yearly too!

No one will ever be saying the same about DXC in the future guaranteed!

Anyone joining DXC now needs to be sectioned if they say for an length of time.
