Upcoming Layoff

Hearing there will be major cuts this month including second round in departments impacted in March. What are you hearing? I think the board is doing all it can to make us look better for a sale.

This is the WORST company ever since Gail came on! All healthcare companies are suffering but HELLevance is by far the worst company out there! If you can, get out while you can!!

How many more chiefs are needed….how do we justify adding more VPs who make 6 figures easy - if not 7, yet we can’t find any money to make system updates or hire people who can actually do the work and make a difference for provider and member satisfaction. Whatever happened to no more than 7 layers of associates…some are 11 layers deep…no wonder why what truly can make a difference is never achieved….to much bureaucracy and too many egos are getting in the way to allow us to be successful….. SO SAD that we are so broken…….

Why is it so easy to create new VP positions in HS when we are in the middle of RIFS? Is it maybe because the COO has no clue how to run the department? Is it maybe because they have RIFd everyone with knowledge of how the department should really be ran? Is it because anyone with a true understanding of what really needs to happen is RIFd so the COO is not questioned or challenged on his decisions? Is it because the COO and upper management have no morals to do the right thing? Is it because Elevance is a sinking ship while GROWING CARELON is the only agenda item? Is it because the COO and upper management are only worried about padding their pockets? Take your pick…I think all of the above are true……Oh and one more thing don’t dare question upper management….they will not support you if you are truly trying to do the right thing…..they will say you are being combative and will give them a reason to RIFF you…. What happened to this company….we used to be respected, looked up to and trusted…..no longer true……

Another VP in HS? The COO doesn’t have enough already? Maybe the HS President or COO should be RIF’d to account for the mess they made of HS after Brony left.

@cv+1 I had that exact same thought when I saw the multiple surveys coming at us. Creating additional criteria for deciding which one of us to can next. I have never seen company management hate honest feedback as much as this one....

New Associate Survey coming. More surveys through the year. Sounds like fishing for unhappy employees to add to the riff list. Gail doesn’t give two sh--s about the associate experience.

I have heard that seven vice presidents of AI in total will need to be hired. They will form a septumverate council to guide the AI (at a high strategic level), one deliberative meeting at a time.

Mostly May and June. I think the second round for operations is June. I have also heard many of the same teams will be impacted, maybe even more so this time.
