I am sick of politics played by the incompetent managers. It is appalling to see some recent managers become Directors just by hiring in HIH.

I can think of one specific female leader that is staying that should definitely NOT still be staying. She has overseen the closure of several departments now, but I suppose she knows how to play the politics well.

100% because the people that su-k at their job, spend their time playing the politics and su-king up to Sr Directors that keep them safe. Good luck getting anything done when they let go some of the best performers but kept their worthless buddies.
