It’s brutal out here. Every round of “cost-saving measures” just means more work dumped on whoever’s left. They slash teams but expect the same output, like we’re just supposed to magically do twice as much. At this point, it’s not even about performance, it’s about how little they can spend before people break.

Because we continue to do so. Everyone is concerned about being the next one cut so they just do more. Sad world we live in
