They had a slip of the tongue about a machine in the process center along with several other machines being moved to Mexicali, and spilled their guts about many of the older systems will be moving, that will leave a lot of employees without work .... they said they knew of Through Hole, SAI, and some of Mechanical on the list to move

Collins Aerospace to lay off 287 at California, Iowa plants
The Boeing supplier and its parent company, RTX, have also cut an undisclosed number of jobs at facilities in Illinois and Connecticut.
They have said that for years I wonder if the tariffs to bring the products back to test are holing the process up?
