Does anyone know the current population of the 25 and below psg’s?
Four days to have selection meetings seems like the powers that be would have most of the boxes penciled in.

They’re prioritizing the hipots and 21-23s at the lower end of the pay range. I’ve already been hinted at what my next few years will look like, but I’m unsure of who else will be on the team
If another person tells me to update my talent card, I’m going to lose it.
What a bunch of performative nonsense. It’s bordering on gaslighting, giving the illusion that any of it matters.

There are a couple of weeks between the posting window and the selection events. I suspect most of the decisions will be made then, and finalized when the panels meet.

They do have most of the boxes penciled in. It is part of the plan to do that. There will be the odd change where say one of the folks they penciled in decides not to post for the job and actually choses the EOI option (not the AEOI since that is over). But for the most part, they know who they want.
Incumbents will definitely have the advantage. They are spending the same amount of time to place a few dozen people at the top as they will several thousand at the bottom. It can't work any other way.
