You can get some ideal of what departments (not always the case) will be next by looking at the job postings in Pune & Northern Ireland. There was one for Voice and another for Timekeeping a few weeks before the announcement was made. There’s a job posted now for an Auto Technical Claims Associate. The old DOC call center specialist are moving to casualty and some of the work they’ve been doing is going to Pune. Allstate is not hiding it, they are hoping we are d-mb enough to not pay attention. Allstate will eventually crumble for how they’ve treated their employees. I hope all of us go off to bigger and better.
