Early retirements in North America Land digital technology just closed out June 30.
Similar to 2020 people are offered packages so lot of changes in next 2-3 weeks. HFE

It will continue in this new way they have. No big announcements just headhunting the people they want gone.
Long serving employees are more at risk now over the original ‘last in first out’
It’s a high level of cost cutting with the departure of a lot of long serving, respected people at SHTC, including the mysterious disappearance of the previous centre manager basically overnight. Rumour is the current way of doing things didn’t sit well with him so was axed, and the current centre manager is basically there for the cost cutting process.

The retirements I think are complete, very few contractors left. Cameron is taking the big hit, but they have the most non value positions. Most of SLB was cut years ago . My department want from 28 to 4 y ears ago
