They're building an internal call center in Manilla and preparing marketing and training material for recruiting in that market, along with training material for HIH considering the jobs that were eliminated are now posted for hire in India. It's coming and the US customer advocates are going to be cut.

Any additional details pertaining to call centre layoffs? I’ll temper my expectations just in case but being let go from this shithole would be akin to winning the lottery!
