Let’s be real .Yeah not working for this sh-t hole company will make you better off eventually. No one likes working for these id--ts it’s just a matter of finding that next job in a sh-t economy. This company is a perfect example of how bad things can go when you let people hire their friends and recreate a high school of a corporation.
At the end of the day all we can do is work and hope for a better day. Cenovus is there but not only Cenovus.
I don’t know who the three of you are but cenovus culture needs more of it. A little bit of care for each other goes a long way.
