For those who were part of RIFS, did any of you utilize Right management to assist with looking for another job, any success stories?

I used them for the resume piece. Their job listing is a joke but they helped me write up a good resume. The coach I had was good but it was more of a sounding board versus any true help. But you will get out of it, what you put into it. So remember that.
I find them to be quite annoying. I’m not ready and they constantly call me to sign me up. I get the impression they are more interested in billing for another client than they are helping me find a job.
No, thankfully I was eligible and ready to retire. Pulled 40 years
It used to be you got x number of hours/weeks with them. The clock started once you made contact with them.
Point being, be ready to fully engage once you start. Good luck!
I found them useless and had to request another resume writer was terrible.
Not yet… I’m on week 6 of unemployment and have been using LinkedIn for over a year with some interviews, so I sort of had a head start with the process. I did join in the intro webinar last week and have been contacted by a coach but I’ve not yet responded to her.
lol, no… I was part of the 03/20 RIF and just wanted to know before I utilized it.
I am currently using them, and they are indeed helpful. I'm not using their job listing database, but rather the resume specialist, the personal career counselor/coach, and the workshops on Linked In, AI screeners, and interview tips. The personal coach has been very helpful, I did a mock interview with her to prep for an interview i had .
is this part of advertisement tactic to open some random thread and reply with positive review ?
I used the service and it was very helpful with tips and tricks to help you navigate the market and update your resume. The interview and job preparedness trainings were great!
