Prices keep going up, but the products just keep getting worse - no wonder our customers are pi---d. Feels like we're running in circles with no real plan. Good luck getting a clear answer from the management about anything. I'm counting the days until I can switch.

STOP all ready, what do you care about costs to clients , care that DXC will NEVER EVER give annual merit pay increases to those who meet or exceed goals. It been a sh*t company for years, get out like I did in 2023.
The project that I was on in 2023 had a defined repeatable install process for onboarding new customers and I hear they are still struggling. The project was 3 years late already when I was asigned on get this April Fools day!
Trump will be caught out short trading the market soon enough, and ousted. He knows exactly what he's doing - making cash for himself and his cronies. Which is exactly what DXC management are doing. Stuff everyone else. Only the few in the inner circle count.

Cost to the clients goes up every 12 months for all clients and more regularly on some. The staff get nothing extra in return. So the staff do less and less year on year. We'd love to provide a great service. But we're not a charity only here to stuff cash into the pockets of our senior team. The commercial world economy just went pop. When we start working for the benefit of the employees and the clients first, and the side effect is the company makes money - then we're back on a winner.
