there is a job showing on the PSG26+ org chart, but was not in the job posts, so how people can apply???

Talk to your selection rep and confirm. A number of jobs were accidentally omitted from the tool and that error has since been corrected.

If it’s on the org chart but not open for posting in the tool, it means it was closed and the incumbent stays in the role and that person is out of scope. Also, if you are told your job is closed, you are not eligible for EOI.

Where are open positions posted internally?

It was a closed position. You can't post for those as they were not placed in-scope. But they are part of the organization, so they belong on the chart.

They already picked who they wanted, no need to post.
