Now that they have announced the complete shutdown might be an option, is there any way they go back on their word? Somehow come out of the grave and save some if not all jobs.

To the commenter who said “Ireland imports most of its tech skills from India”, i respond, India and tech skills should not be in the same sentence.
Company is all in on India, both onshore and off. Doesn’t matter if you can demonstrate an AI solution that will replace 10+ offshore. They will give your solution to offshore and RIF you to save even more money. There’s really no winning here, ship has sailed.

Who do you expect to answer that, as we here don't know who even came up and/or voted for that decision?
Consensus is that Ireland imports most of its tech skills from India, so why pay the middleman when you can just get same from India at a cheaper price.
Chances are slim & none, and slim just left the room.... :(
