Conflict of interest

Nothing says more of conflict of interest than having sales organizations role to the people one who create all the rules for Sales and two to a person who’s in charge of all the marketing and Pricing and who gets what in each organization in sales both the call center and that renewal only group should be moved out from the head of marketing and the head of operations.

I am on the ILEC business side so this post really caught my attention. Who do you suggest lead things if these people get replaced by Uniti? You can provide initials.

The people you mention are as about as clueless as it gets. They were thrust into trying to run an ILEC business with absolutely no understanding of how ILEC works by a hatchet man named Paul. One can only hope Uniti gives them all a pink slip soon so the business can be ran by competent individuals again.

DR is a great leader and CD is a great choice to run both Marketing and SMB sales.

Team is the man and the best bet to lead Enterprise field sales.

Not sure what you guys are crying about in sales.

Large sales go to Enterprise.

Small sales go to SMB.

Having business Marketing under CD is smart.

Why someone would attack DR over Governance is d-mb. Easily the nicest person at WIN.

Uniti wants field sales focused on larger prospects and customers. Smaller customers should work with Inside Sales. Uniti wants to cap income based on size of sales.

Uniti wants the smaller sales worked by the lesser paid call center people. Always been the plan.
