You have call center reps reaching out to assigned protected customers and placing orders via Dcris to bypass governance and process. Even going as far as placing new fiber orders in DCris to bypass process. No person in sales should have access to that system anymore.

How is this call center fraud?
The DCRIS system is for inbound orders and updating customer records. Field Sales should use Salesforce. Inside sales should use DCRIS.
The DCRIS system is for inbound orders and changes. Residential and inbound business need it.
