If you do anything with billing/claims start looking and get out of dodge. Especially Complex Clinical Audit (CCA) under Payment Integrity it’s a disaster. Leadership is a joke. Directors across the Org are fighting with staff pushing for more and more without resources and funding because Directors are feeling the heat from the VP of Staff. It’s a sinking ship.

CCA is a mess…constant shifting daily of targets and initiatives. There is so much burn out. Almost every employee does 3x’s the workload for 1 FTE. The new platform for CCA is absolutely atrocious. The VP of Staff’s are not supporting their Org’s. The President for Carelon Insights gave the worst town hall I have ever seen..he looked aggregated, tired, and generally done with the working staff all in the same tone.
The COO looks to be in a perpetual state of resignation and defeat.
