LOL..nothing ever changes
The workday hierarchies were adopted in the 2020 re-org. A lot of 20 year plus psg 19s with their heads in the sand on this site. Thoughts and prayers for you all in waves 1/2.
They’re just adopting the new workday profiles of hierarchies of titles. Those are the same psg 27s and not GMs who report to the VP. That’s why you see GMs reporting into GMs. It’s just more visible how many 27s we had before and they’re still there.
more GM's than before re-org
So many new GM roles. We ship jobs to India, and all the manager become GMs?
Anyone else remember the 2020 ImagineIT selection event where the PowerBI dashboard they built crashed under the weight of a massive few thousand people trying to access it concurrently. They had to move the job listings to an Excel workbook to access?
Even with all the money we spend on cloud and the resources at our disposal, we can’t even build a simple app for a few thousand users that doesn’t s$&t itself.
This company is absolutely cooked. CS and AC have no business leading this event.
What was visible on the power app before it got taken offline? Sounds like I missed all the fun. Or was it only for psg 26-28s
And then most people are finding the app doesn’t work. So instead of getting the 4 th to the 11th people really only get 7 to 11 to work with their selection rep. Beyond disappointing.
Are they going to repost them today?
Designee by the same executive team that overspent FGP, Gordon, wheatstone and other MCP projects. The same one still standing in the org chart and that are promising a change in how chevron does business #hilarious
Funny that they say in the email, April 4-11 if available you will be able to view the org. If available. what the H**K
Never happened under RM’s watch. Bring back DEI.
Was this built by ENGINE 😂
They were live for a few hours until they realized the whole company had access if you knew where to look
what a sh-t IT/HR, they keep on messing up stuff. shame!!!
Either way, embarrassing that it doesn’t work, and that we paid McKinsey or EY to build a simple PowerApp that didn’t work when it is showtime. Both are bad.
I doubt this was HR IT. E&Y or McKinsey running the show. The org design tool they used only had a few licenses from McKinsey too, so people were passing dated spreadsheets around and only people with limited licenses got to enter those into the tool.
The selection tool does not work. It was designed by our IT.
Pathetically bad reorg team. So disappointing!
