Ummm... if you only knew how many legal matters Chevron is involved with. It keeps people from some department employed/busy from lawyers asking you data for discoveries and depositions 24/7.
It’s actually State so it’ll go to the 4th Circuit which is liberal. And then it’ll go to Louisiana State Supreme Court wheee it’ll be overturned.
Man that Texaco legacy is the gift that keeps on giving.
No doubt the crooked 5th circuit will overturn it. CVX's bribe game is strong.
There goes EMC’s budget for two years.
More than likely, this will be reversed by the 5th Circuit on appeal.
Most of that is from old Texaco and Gulf, get real people. Those fields down in Plaquemine are ancient.
