Wow. Just realized it was the Permian smug arrogant small man that was supposedly on medical leave for an extended period of time and then took half of the Managers job. I really hope his direct manager at that time was not part of this cover up. If he was this company has been rotting for a long time.
None. Same Chevron Culture BS. Friends are selected by their leader friends. LT members make specific request/demands outside of the Chevron best practices to fulfill promises made. Merit is not the a consideration, they get stuck in their own “truth” and don’t take a chance on finding good leaders. Instead, Leaders make fake slates and lie about entire leadership teams evaluating those people on the short list. The chosen are guided and advised how to update their talent cards. Like I said no Chevron performance tools are accurately used in a reorg to evaluate personnel for the right job, the tools are manipulated to check a box. Definitely a top down view that leaves the bottom trying to move up without a chance. No worries, in 5yrs it will happen again. Folks it’s not what you do or how well you do the job it’s who you know.
Permian???
it was one of the RM names I believe
KB in IT - a waste of O2 but knows how to su-k up
Really not going to tell us which one failed the test?

What is HR doing here? Are we going to start a popularity contest now, the less unpopular GM gets a promotion!
The one that failed a dr-g test 5 years ago which was covered up
