I find DTS directors acting like senior managers, with no credibility to build strategy.
D&AE seems like one big collective l where leaders are trying to save each other. HIH push is big there so the directors can have thier jobs at the expense of developers. For now the contractors will be affected but only time when senior mgmt will become expensive to keep.
