I am hearing rumors that ET will be going into a new transition plan. Is anyone hearing about potential layoffs under this new leadership?

Manager says that ET/Digital Experience/Innovation will be going through changes, layoffs, and restructure by June.

Employees aren’t working fast enough according to execs….and we’re getting blamed for losing #1 spot to Progressive.
I just want my severance package instead ig waiting a few more years for retirement under this cr-p leadership.
Bringing in a union hasn't gained much traction in the past, but should be given serious consideration now. People are being fired for lame reasons just to reduce expenses. If you don't think it could happen to you, think again. A union is the only protection we have going forward.
There are multiple transition plans in the pipeline. Most are focused on creatively getting rid of tenured employees who are making the highest salaries. Unfortunately the conversations are focused on cutting cost and not on keeping the most qualified employees. Being a mutual company has been a doubled edged sword because it has enabled leadership to hide ballooning expenses and record loses for many years without much accountability. Now, they are at a critical juncture and need to shed significant expenses quickly or risk being turned upside down. Lapse/cans are continuing to grow to record levels and it's inevitable that SF will lose their #1 position within 12-18 months. Execs are panicking. Look out everyone. If you felt you job was pretty secure in the past, it isn't now. Everyone is being looked at.
My TM said they want to cut 10% of department “naturally” in less 6 months
Is that wishful thinking or do you really think that will happen? A bit chaotic there now. Hard to believe that would be the next domino.

F47-he wiped away everyone’s retirement and is raising everyone’s prices to sky high levels. Unemployment will go through the roof. Think hard before jumping ship. BTW while the economy cratered today the remains of 4 brave service men were brought home F4 spent the day golfing.
Not one of these mo--ns understand what 47 is doing. Service Industry no longer 98% of economy.
Thanks to Krasnov many people will be delaying their retirements. Unless if layoffs force them into it.

Hope so. A lot of workers close to retirement are hoping for that severance. Offer it more and many will volunteer
