Just started a new role and wow. It turns out Elevance was paying me peanuts compared to market rate. It feels awesome to realize I wasted years getting lowballed. Love that for me. At least now I know.

I'm actually considering taking a pay cut to go somewhere else. The level of stupidity on display at Elevance is the 8th wonder of the world.
Already looking ! They can keep all the Philippines and the people. Such a big mess, no way of cleaning it up . Elevance should have their corporate office in the Philippines that’s where they offshored all their departments

Same here for me too. Put in almost a decade. Good reviews but could never advance within the company. Also pay was so low compared to other companies in the industry it is ridiculous. Soooooooo glad I left when I did
