Like it says on the tin. I was set up for failure, isolated, and axed. There's nothing more to really say about it.

I faced similar fate. Isolated over time to eventually being laid off. The feedback structure su-ks at Cigna where managers can just bring made up stuff at whim. Plan your exit. Just do the bare minimum and wait for severance.
Isolating people is Cigna’s M.O. to drive people out. Building a negative perception of those that don’t play the politics or fit the mold that is Cigna.
