I’m on a product creation team made up of multiple teams. One team seems to follow different rules. Come in late, leave early, work in different locations, work from home, don’t show up for meetings, misses deadlines, needs help from the other teams. How is this allowed? Is it like this in other teams?

I do my best to NOT follow the rules since despite having a written agreement with HR on a more flexible arrangement due to serious personal circumstances, after I moved to OR they pulled the old switcheroo on me and no signed agreement mattered to them. I return the zero respect I get when it comes to going into the office.
