The brainiacs at the top think next week is good to send out CES and have a safety stand down. Be brutally honest on CES. Don’t hold back. They need to know how bad this place really is.

It's funny how this person posts the same critical comments on various posts across the platform. He / She always complain about the discontent the employees are facing the high salaries received. Clearly cannot be an employee yet they are on the board attacking people. I am surprised would waste their time on a layoff site and not be employed at the company. You should spend your time going to college and getting an advanced education so you can get one these high paid jobs someday.
CES does not matter. If it did they would address the issues and make changes. Instead we get reorganized every 3-5yrs. CES, performance….none matter. It’s only who you know in leadership that will promote you.
“They just take the CES results, twist what we say, and use them as justification for the layoffs in communications later this year.”
This! 100%
And MW on multiple occasions has had the audacity to play that card “we heard you.”
Um, no dude. I’m pretty sure that I never expressed a desire to go through yet another freaking reorg, while still waiting to win in any environment like you promised us in 2020. The level of gaslighting and hypocrisy from these spineless weasels is truly appalling.

No. Keep your opinions to yourself if you want to ride out the storm. Duh
yawn, as he crumples it up and tosses it
Do they care about it?
I don't think so.
Management will shrug it off and say “it is a layoff year, move on”
Give them all 1s and rip them apart in the comments section
Also rip a big fa-t in the wind while you’re at it.
Please take the EOI and spare us the complaining about “how bad it really is” while you collect your 6 figure paycheck.
