Be warned. The folks leading this mess think it is totally fine if you only have a job title, not description, to go by when selecting your three jobs. Not sure what the role is simply by the title? Just guess! They’re going to put you where they want you anyhow, so it’s all just for show. If you plan to stick around, call up your contacts now. recency bias and who you know go a long way.

I’m so amused when you CVX ligers get the cold reality of how we operate. For those of us acquired by CVX recently, this is exactly how it went: job offer with a title only, no information on role, and a psg assigned with no context (and well below our CVX equivalents) - with 24 hours to accept. None of us have any illusions how chevrons feels about staff - welcome to the awakening.
I think the jobs are going to be basically the same ones we currently have, just less of them. They're just moving our current team boxes around and plopping them under the new org name.
Sorry but if you don’t already know what job you are going for, you aren’t getting it.
There is enough information out there to provide that.
