Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Why all the negativity

Listen, everyone needs to just calm down about the re-org. It’s going to be different this time. But I know what you’re thinking, it the same leaders as last time, with the same game plan. But they’ll get it right this time okay. And if they don’t, they’ll just cut a deal with the board and get their stock vested and ride off into the sunset. Don’t believe me just ask NH.

McK knows how to correct the mess you made this company to be, and the board knows it! You do too, but you are unwilling to get with the program!!! Bloodsucker!!!

This time it’s to third world our workforce. It’s un-American. It’s going to have irreversible ramifications on Chevron’s capacity for creativity and problem solving. People are not interchangeable. Egalitarianism is a false religion.

Don’t blame NH. He still reported to MN (they all do whether directly or not). The real offenders are the ones who keep bringing back McK and peons who blindly follow them, handing over a once good company to their cookie cutter grad school project business models.
