I left this company a couple of years ago and it was the best decision of my life. Like a cult, you don’t realize it until you feel the freedom. Not all companies are like CNC.
The mission is bogus and a lie. I thought that helping Medicaid/Medicare/Ambetter recipients was a privilege. Not when you see the salary of the C Suite. It’s total BS!

I make a decent salary for what I do. It’s not as much, nor will it ever be what C-Suite makes, but I am comfortable and able to afford COL, pay my bills, and put some into savings should there ever be worst case scenario.
OP, where did you go that a company is paying employees more than the C-Suite? Do share :) I noticed you left that part out.
