Did anyone get severance?
I see at least 80 people gone from one marketing group. OP, were you impacted? Do you know more about who was laid off and why?
It's not good. Laying off some absolutely excellent people. Hindering progress. Limiting budgets for conferences, travel and events. It's pathetic, embarrassing and shameful. They don't care about learners.
They don't care about people trying to carve out better lives in an increasingly uncertain and chaotic society. And they certainly don't care about their employees who are toiling away day after day within a toxic web of lies, deception and insecurity. Thanks a lot!
