Has anyone here sued DXC recently for wongful termination - including, but not limited to, health discrimination?
Please post a summary of your reasoning and experience.
I believe I've reached a point where I have to look into this very seriously. I know, more pain.
Thanks in advance.

If your sick and cant perform your job function its not wrongful termination
Cancer is also a legally protected disability. Although if they are going to pay you a redundancy. Just take it!!!
In the UK, you can be terminated if you are on the sick quite legally.
All any company has to do is prove they are eliminating the combination of role and grade
In DXC, your contract doesn't specifically state what your role is. This is done on purpose.
DXC also likes to mess with everyone's grade descriptions and this is also done on purpose.
All DXC senior managers have to do to get rid of you - is not like you.
Technically, it makes no difference that you're ill or not.
If however, you can say you are trans or neuro divergant, you might have a case of unlawful dismisal because of the specific laws of descrimination, but for ill health ?
Naaaah - you're toast
What has our caring company done this time? There are laws around when you can be existed due to ill health.
*Wrongful.
