Revealing one org layer at a time isn’t helpful. We need to see how many positions are where they are located to understand the impact. Anyone have insight to that? Should be soon. Good luck to the managers that actually look out for their people. Hope they survive. Get rid of the micromanagers who sc--w over their reports -way too many of them

HR mentioned the timelines in the BU town halls. Mid level management (26, 27) released 4/4. After that selection then below 25 was s released. Applications and selections will be quick for org to be in place by July. What a test to everyone’s sanity.
The org chart website literally says there will be an update Friday. Surprised no one noticed that. We may only get one more layer but we’re getting more April 4.
Waiting for heads to roll out!
Wells Q&A said early May today. So best guess it will be around then for lost other functions also.
