There were recent HR layoffs and a reorganization. Sounds like there will be more in the next upcoming months. Has anyone else heard anything?

Of course fld needs to double triple down on DEI hiring NONE of the DEI hires at the exec level are no longer at F5. Hmmmmm. Wonder why?
Ex VP got fired recently. Hoping to see the trend continue for undeserving Directors,Sr.Directors and worthless managers.
I was hopeful this was going to lead to some common sense around DEI. It isn't, great leader this morning said they would be doubling down on DEI.
Inclusion and treating people like they were valuable and human was NEVER a problem at F5. If you performed... you were good. Anytime you hire someone based on S-x, ethnicity, s-xual orientation, or any other factor--- it's DISCRIMINATION.

Can't wait to hear the big dummy CEO blame it all on everything except for the CEO's planning and execution. English is his second or third language so he doesn't know what "Chief Executive" means apparently. Sell side analyst here.

Let go today along with other members in my org and we are not in HR. Was told it wasn’t performance related. Not really sure if that’s what everyone is being told.
HR went through the reorganization is what I heard. Guess it was their turn. At least it wasn’t my department again.
