Well the new CEO taking the realm is a small version of the old Bob Davis, so get ready for the ride.

Tank pulse surveys. Notice they didn't put that metric on the your-voice slack channel. Call them out as they bend the bar to include 7s and 8s on their scorecard, while holding your MSATs to 9s and 10s only. BoD/EC are selfishly narcissistic. They. Do. Not. Care. About. You. Remember their reaction when M. Moss took his own life from the south garage? Their first reaction was to control the narrative and message silence. No real empathetic words came out from TOF/WP. They were in full damage control. If you didn't pick it up then, I'll tell you now - They created the dividing line of them against us. They care only about the employees as a collective unit, with complete disregard for each individual.
Of course the bank president reports to the BOD. His daddy is on the BOD!
I think it is just the BOD taking over. The new Bank President reports directly to a board member and now our new CEO is coming directly from the BOD. I hope things will get better but fear that the BOD will take the Org. in downward direction that will ki-l off the old culture completely.
Wayne did the dirty work of the BOD, and when employee morale/satisfaction dropped to 37%, they didn’t blink an eye. Anyone thinking Juan is the 2nd coming of Gen Robles and will focus on and improve morale/satisfaction better prepare for major disappointment. If this was an outsider coming in, then maybe, but Juan is currently on the BOD, his main focus will be 5 days RTO for all employees along with continued layoffs throughout the year to shrink head count. I’d love for him to prove me wrong, but the whispers coming out of his inner circle say otherwise. A company can only run so long with employee satisfaction in the toilet, it looks like USAA is really going to push that envelope.
Financially, Wayne succeeded. Well beyond my imagination.
