There have been “external” systems used for PDC and pay determination since at least 2015. First it was excel then it was an app built I think in ABU and I’m sure now it’s something different. That’s where the reps enter in the selections then HR takes it and updates workday or SAP. It may be inefficient but it’s nothing to get your pa-ties in a wad about.

Yes, "applications will be put into a system outside of Workday", It is called the waste basket. They are going to purge the US staff so they can replace us with lower paid employees outside the USA. Amazing process to run the company through consultants and MSP's, the 2020 Transformation was very challenging now this massive layoff.

highly unlikely you can manage something this big one time in Workday, but I'm sure they're working up a re-org optimizer add on as we speak and we will pay top dollar for it

There’s 2024 precedent for doing a re-org outside the workday system. Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft forms FTW.

heard no chance to talk to job representatives, no interview, and only waiting for your email telling you if you have a job or no. It is up to their excel work.
