Does Oracle pays your stock grants for future years if they Laid you off ? I remember some companies does .

No they don't.
Oracle vesting RSUs or making payments for RSUs after a layoff? I can’t stop laughing.
Oracle does not pay you anything at all if you are laid off before the due date for your RSUs.
No. Almost nobody does.
They might pay you partial, like half of this year release if you are laid off in the middle of the year.
