Work furlough program from federal prisons
Dont they have a traveling gang of workers who live on a bunch of sleeping cars. Sounds like a great way to live, working and living with a bunch of sweaty,foul,dirty guys,all passing gas while you sleep next to them.
Carrier's answer: Contractors. Making $17 a hour. I'm sure they'll find qualified applicants, right off the parole bus.
