Already lost a bunch of contractors on my digital team and now a handful of higher ups are leaving, announced in an email that ends with 'leadership is actively working on the next steps' ..... willing to bet 'next steps' will be FTE operational efficiency cuts lol

There is a section /community/organizational_announcements on iris but it looks like only the c-suite level announcements are put there, I got an email about the digital reorg but nothing about it is there. Maybe the department is considered too small to be important enough to put there?
Do they usually post the reorg announcements on Iris anywhere? I have been searching but not finding much.

Medicare is sold and gone, Availity coming to Medicare has nothing to do with what's going on at Cigna now.
I think they will be offshoring everyone from Digital to HIH.
