Thread regarding Elevance Health (Anthem) layoffs

Would Elevance Health run better if the executive leadership team and board of directors was replaced by AI?

AI wouldn't play politics, abuse employees, lie without compunction, stage BS town hall meetings, or be obsessed with short term financial gain at the expense of long term stability.

AI only uses the ideas it is fed/trained on. It has all the same faults and prejudices as humans. So, it would use the same strategies, make the same mistakes, and do the same harm.

Anyone who sells AI as some kind of superior solution-maker is either lying about its capabilities, or deeply uneducated about the current state of the tech.

Why wouldn't AI do those things? It would be trained on the historic decisions of current and former leadership.
