Has there been any change for 2023 annual rewards process?

Its pushing to July.
Reward is when you would receive annual pay increase (1-5% normal range), Stock Grant (RSU). THey have pushed this back meaning stocks and pay increases are delayed at a minimum for 3 months.
What is rewards? Is it the annual bonus?
PS: don't work at Intel
Expect less to no rewards. Depending on the economy next year they might cancel the rewards in April as well.
Shareholders dividend come first. Sc--w your rewards. Get back to work until you get the boot.
