Could it be the terrible management? The pay and benefits that are subpar to Humana? The ridiculous expectations? The 1 percent raises? The continuous RIFs? Or something else?

Because it's a sinking ship
It really is hard to process that a company like Humana fires employees with years of service so new leaders can hire in their friends yet, it happens all the time. Cronyism is definitely a well played value at Humana.

Since H is dying a slow death of its own, doesn't it seem reasonable that 'centerwell'-- H 2.0...would suffer the same fate?
Medicare is being dumped by more than just H-- these are last straws of trying to continue as a corp.
Do what you need to & get out of the biz as soon as you can...or sink w/ it.
The leadership is the problem and it includes any layer above first level managers.
Circle back and dive deeper into attrition and repeating same pattern of cluelessness.
