Yup. Nail on the head.
What a joke. The nepo dudes who came before and feasted the profitable tower model to their hearts content are the ones that get the blame for the course we are on. Instead of holding cash, they spent freely on hiring 100s of buddies, luxury all hands, meals and bonuses that exceed company performance. Not to mention sweet departure packages that no one else got.
JB and the other men who were happy to let LN take their power are to blame. It is one thing to blame her and another to also blame the guys letting her run the place into the dirt
That’s cause we never rooted out the left over bullsh-t from LN. Why do we still pay to have these consultants on payroll is beyond me.
The “strategy” they spend months on is so obvious and boiler plate that ChatGPT could have gotten us there in 5min. Where is the insight????
What we need is less strategy and more execution.
One thing I under LN is no matter how right you are and how wrong and detrimental to Crown anothers behavior is - don't ever ever ever use the 800 number or go to HR. Ever. Unless ur willing to go public w the facts u will be sc--wed. And I mean public outside the company. They bury everything to prevent liability and know 99% of people won't go public or get an attorney.
It's not about what people think. Its all in the decision making.

Yep and the people she hired bringing in the “strategy” consultants who are still here doing no work just looking for part and damaging us. How EC is falling for this cr-p is beyond, hope DS takes care of it.
