Does anyone know how we can return firm belongings? HR didn’t ask for my ID badge on Tuesday.

I don't recall them asking anything back. I only had a badge lol. Its of no value as it would have been deactivated by now
We had someone laid off return laptop in a giant (like 3' cube) box with no packing materials whatsoever
Keep it as a souvenir. Manager supposed to do a access return request or whatever. Don't waste money on commutes or parcel service. Tell them that HR didn't do their jobs well and should have collected during your departure. Now MS has to spend money on parcel to send it back which increases operating costs and lowers efficiency. Don't be afraid of their empty threats since the culture is basically bullying one another. What a horrible place to work.
