If you're JL 4/5 and your manager has more than 12-13 reports, your manager knows they are on path to have additional team members get RIF'ed.
Anyone who says otherwise is obviously lying.

Well, it is fear mongering when you can't say what Business Units you are talking about or the groups. Fidelity isn't a small company. There are several US sites so when you start flapping your mouth with no clear reference it is a lie. Fox News like.
